About Us

Phos Architects is a RIBA Chartered Practice and creative design studio based in London SE1 specialising in high quality architectural and interior design projects.  

From the refurbishment of boutique restaurants and cafes, to modern house extensions and apartment alterations, through to residential developments and cultural buildings we can offer a complete design service for your project.

 

Tender
We will prepare and co-ordinate full construction drawings and specifications for your project in order to tender the works to a number of contractors.  We will advise you on the appointment of a contractor and prepare the necessary building contract

Construction
During construction we will administer the contract and inspect the works to ensure that the project is being completed in accordance with the design and specification. Our involvement continues beyond completion to ensure that any defects are dealt with in a timely manner

Services

As Chartered Architects we are able to offer our clients a wide range of professional design services tailored to suit any project. A small sample of our services can be found below:

Initial Consultation
An informal meeting at the project location to discuss your requirements.  This is free of charge and allows us to prepare a fee proposal

Feasibility
A desktop study or quick design appraisal may provide valuable input prior to undertaking large schemes or a property purchase

Sketch Design
A chance to test ideas and prepare a number of design options that can be developed to meet your brief and budget

Applications
In addition to Planning Applications, we are able to prepare and submit a number of other applications such as Conservation Area, Listed Building, Freeholder, Section 20, and more 

Technical Design
We will co-ordinate with specialist consultants such as Structural Engineers to prepare all necessary drawings and reports to gain Building Regulations approval
