Hummus Bros St Paul's

Our design for a new restaurant located near St Paul's Cathedral combines 3 unusual properties into 1 elegant and stylish space.  Through inventive space planning the restaurant can accommodate a large number of people from the busy financial district of London dining-in or to go.

We have retained some of the existing raw materials, decorative features and unexpected height of the space, whilst complementing this with orderly clean materials and sophisticated industrial lighting.

We were responsible for achieving planning approval, building regulation permission and overseeing construction.
