DesignWe start by undertaking a measured survey of the property and preparing a number of design options to suit your brief. From these options we will work together to finalise the design 

Planning ApplicationsIf the design requires approval from the Local Authority we will prepare all the necessary drawings, reports and paperwork on your behalf to submit a Planning, Listed Building or Conservation Area application. We will monitor that application and update you throughout the process until a decision is made

Building RegulationsWe will prepare technical drawings and coordinate with other consultants such as Structural Engineers to satisfy the Local Authority Building Control, allowing the project to progress to construction

TenderWe will prepare and co-ordinate full construction drawings and specifications for your project in order to tender the works to a number of contractors.  We will advise you on the appointment of a contractor and prepare the necessary building contract

ConstructionDuring construction we will administer the contract and inspect the works to ensure that the project is being completed in accordance with the design and specification. Our involvement continues beyond completion to ensure that any defects are dealt with in a timely manner

Design & Build In addition to our architectural services we are able to offer Design & Build in collaboration with our sister construction company. By acting as both architect and contractor we are able to provide an integrated service that saves time and cost, but doesn't compromise on quality.

Tender
